1. Introduction

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rapbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. rapbet will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials is your responsibility.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and current information in your rapbet account profile. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your rapbet account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and any bank processing times. rapbet does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees of their own.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

rapbet commits to processing all verified withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC clearance. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the rapbet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for gameplay-related matters, while these Terms will prevail for all account-related, financial, and legal matters.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, communication error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a wager, rapbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake to your account. rapbet will not be liable for losses attributable to technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with rapbet support within seven (7) days of the relevant game session. rapbet will investigate using server-side game logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes. The decision of rapbet, subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution, is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rapbet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer tables;
• Sharing or selling your account credentials to any third party;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or taking advantage of pricing errors or technical glitches for guaranteed profit;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits after those funds have been wagered;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rapbet staff or other players via any communication channel on the Platform;
• Opening accounts on behalf of any individual who has self-excluded or been excluded from rapbet;
• Any activity designed to defraud rapbet or other players.

8. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

rapbet is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at regular intervals during an account's lifetime. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Any valid Philippine government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, UMID, or PRC ID;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address;

rapbet will process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable time after a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. rapbet's KYC decisions are final, subject to PAGCOR oversight.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Termination

rapbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Initiation of unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any Philippine law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, rapbet may forfeit all bonus balances and void any pending withdrawals. Any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to a 30-day hold period pending investigation. rapbet will provide written notice of termination to your registered email address.

Players may also voluntarily close their rapbet account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rapbet's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rapbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rapbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if rapbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rapbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, typhoons, internet infrastructure failures, and acts of government) may temporarily affect Platform availability without liability to rapbet.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the rapbet Platform, including but not limited to the rapbet brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video content, is owned by or licensed to rapbet and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from rapbet without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy

rapbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and PAGCOR's player data protection requirements. 14. Amendments to These Terms

rapbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or a regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

Your continued use of the rapbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the rapbet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any right you may have to escalate a complaint to PAGCOR through its established dispute resolution mechanisms.

Prior to initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact rapbet's support team and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for rapbet to attempt resolution of the matter in good faith. Unresolved disputes may then be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine court.
